Returns Policy

Cosmedical Solutions accept change of mind returns on products that you have purchased from us, as long as it is within 30 days. The product needs to be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Our products are genuine and come with the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Please contact the customer service team via email before returning your item
  • Change of mind returns will incur a $9.50 restocking fee to cover costs.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available: 

  • Consumable Products (e.g. snacks, bars, tea etc)
  • Any bottles / products that have been opened (e.g. face creams, face masks, hair shampoo etc)
    For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please email our customer service team within 7 days with photos of the issue and a detailed description.

Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a different product than what you have ordered, please take a photo of this product and your invoice and email it through to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
